When thinking about time management, many of us have unhelpfully heard the phrase 'we all have the same amount of hours in the day'. But how we're able to spend that time can vary greatly. Money, job commitments, parenting responsibilities, and more can all play into how we manage our time- but there's one other factor that is rarely discussed- spoons!
In this webinar, you will learn about spoon theory from Liss Chard-Hall, a lived experience neuroinclusivity specialist, and how it can affect disabled and neurodivergent individuals in education and the workplace. This webinar will give you the opportunity to learn what spoon theory is, how it should be considered in reasonable adjustments, and why energy management is much more important than time management.
